Returns accepted only within 7 days of receipt provided item is intact and in original packaging with no signs of impact, sand or water. There will be no refund for tampered items (sticker removed, etc..). Buyer is responsible for shipping charges to us. We will send the item back at no charge. Defective items need to go to manufacturer for repair 7 day return policy applies to all items under manufacturer warranty. After 7 days we do not accept returns. All units advertised as manufacturer refurbished should be referred to the manufacturer in case of repair. There are ABSOLUTELY no exchanges, returns or refunds after 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible or shipping charges. We will send the unit back at our cost. Items returned within seven days of receipt will be exchanged provided there are no impact, water, or mishandling.
